DESCRIPTION:
The Distinguished Service Medal is the highest non-valorous, non-combat decoration of the 101st Airborne Division and is issued for exceptionally meritorious service to the Alliance, usually in the donation of war materiel for bounty payments and/or military preparation or supply. Amounts less than those specified below are expected to be given on a regular basis to those in need. The following types of the Distinguished Service Medal are currently issued by the 101st Airborne Division, and all are awarded by the Home Secretaries of the 101st Airborne Division:
* The Distinguished Service Medal, with clusters: DSM∴ - for the sacrificial donation of war materiel exceeding 40,000 units, or exemplary service.
* The Distinguished Service Medal, with trident: DSMΨ - for the sacrificial donation of war materiel exceeding 25,000 units.
* The Distinguished Service Medal, with star: DSM* - for the sacrificial donation of war materiel exceeding 15,000 units.
* The Distinguished Service Medal, DSM - for the sacrificial donation of war materiel exceeding 5,000 units.

Ivan "the Terrible": DSM, for sacrificial donation of materiel to Lucius, exceeding 5,000 units.
